Built for how you actually work.

Track A: Business and operations leaders (10+ years)

For
Managers, GMs, directors and AVPs who apply AI, evaluate vendors and weigh risk and compliance.
You'll learn to
  • spot the use cases worth doing in your function;
  • pull apart any AI vendor pitch with a scorecard covering evidence, compliance risk, cost and lock-in;
  • make build-or-buy and ROI calls you can defend.

Track B: Product, project and technology leaders (10+ years)

For
Delivery, product, project, QA, programme and account managers who direct teams, not codebases.
You'll learn to
  • scope, direct and review what your teams ship;
  • tell a strong AI solution from a weak one;
  • set the AI agenda with your team and clients.

What the three weekends cover

  1. 01

    Weekend 1: Foundations and personal fluency

    What AI, generative AI and agents really are; using AI well day to day.

  2. 02

    Weekend 2: Apply and direct

    Spotting use cases; how AI agents are built; directing the work.

  3. 03

    Weekend 3: Evaluate and lead

    Judging vendors; build or buy; responsible AI; your 90-day plan.

Between weekends: Your own work. Paired case studies on your function, and a capstone you present.

Every participant leaves with a costed use-case backlog for their own work.

FAQ

Is this a coding course?+

No. It's for people who direct work. You'll use AI tools hands-on, but you won't write code.

We already use Copilot or ChatGPT at work. Is that covered?+

Yes. You'll use the tools you have and learn when to trust them, what data can go where and how to judge the output.

Can't I learn this on YouTube?+

You can learn tools. Judgment is harder to learn alone: weighing real use cases, vendors and risk with practitioners and peers from other industries.

How is it different from my company's internal training?+

It's taught by practitioners from outside your company, with peers from other industries, and ends with a capstone on your own work.

What if I can't make all three weekends?+

Tell us when you register. We'll suggest the next cohort or a way to catch up.

Can my company sponsor me?+

Yes. We invoice your company and can send a short note on what you'll bring back to your team.

Do you run private cohorts for one company?+

Yes. See Working AI Fluency.

Hold a place in the next cohort.

Register your interest in two minutes. We'll call you, answer your questions and hold a seat when dates are set.
