Built by practitioners,
for practitioners.

The 26-year practitioner story.
Ranjith Melarkode is the founder of YaaraLabs.ai and TheNeural.ai. Before YaaraLabs, he led AI and Data Analytics as Senior Vice President at India's largest multiplex chain, where he deployed AI systems serving 160 million users and identified $18 million in measurable AI revenue impact.
He has spent 26 years building AI in production environments — long before AI was a category anyone wanted to be in. He has worked across BFSI, Retail, Media, and Heavy Manufacturing. He has shipped recommendation systems, forecasting models, computer vision pipelines, conversational AI, and most recently, agentic systems built on modern LLM stacks.
YaaraLabs exists because an AI practitioner spent two decades watching enterprise AI investments fail not for technical reasons, but because the people who needed to use them never learned how. Every YaaraLabs programme is built around the lessons of those two decades.
TheNeural.ai
TheNeural.ai is the 20,000+ practitioner network founded by an AI practitioner — India's largest AI practitioner community. CTOs, Heads of AI, ML engineers, and senior practitioners from production environments. The credibility engine behind every YaaraLabs cohort. Our faculty come from this network. Our alumni join it free, for life.
Six principles.
Practitioners, not educators
Built by people who shipped AI in production. Taught by people who still do.
Measured, not satisfaction-scored
Pre-and-post knowledge assessments. Real numbers. Defensible metrics.
The 80%, not the 1%
Built for the people who decide whether AI gets adopted — not the people who write the code.
Use cases, not transformations
Every cohort ships with a quantified use-case backlog. Training that produces a pipeline.
Indian regulatory fluency
SEBI, RBI, DPDP, IRDAI baked into the curriculum. Not borrowed global frameworks.
Founder-led relationships
Every senior engagement is held by an AI practitioner personally. No account managers. No handoffs.
Want to talk to an AI practitioner personally?
The best first step is a 30-minute conversation. No deck. No pitch.
