Working AI FluencyMake AI part of how your teams work.

Working AI Fluency gives managers and their teams hands-on AI fluency, from in-person workshops to a self-paced programme that reaches the front line. Teams learn by building on our platform, using their own work: about 70% hands-on, 30% theory. It works with Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT. Business leaders get efficiency they can measure; HR and L&D get capability they can show the board.

Efficiency for the business. Capability for the workforce.

For business and operations heads

What you get
Efficiency: hours back on named workflows, faster turnaround in operations, service and reporting, and a costed backlog of use cases ready to fund
What we measure
Two or three measures you already track, agreed before we start (turnaround time, first-time-right rate, cost per transaction), reported from your own systems at 90 days · use cases qualified · learner time saved, labelled self-reported

For HR, L&D and talent leaders

What you get
Capability: AI skills that reach the whole workforce, not just a pilot group, licences turned into daily use, and a number for the board every quarter
What we measure
Knowledge lift per cohort (Kirkpatrick Level 2) · active use at 30, 60 and 90 days by function, and applied tasks (Level 3) · completion and quiz scores

What managers ask us first.

Teams learn by building.

About 70% of every session is hands-on; about 30% is theory. Participants, most of them non-technical, build working AI on our platform using their own workflows: drafting, document checks, analysis, reporting, and the first version of a use case they can take back to their team. Nothing built in a session connects to your systems; use cases that go forward follow your own architecture, security and change process.

  1. 01

    Learn from short demos

  2. 02

    Build on your own work

  3. 03

    Check the output

  4. 04

    Apply it at work

Data and security

  • Workshops run on anonymised or sample versions of participants' own tasks. No customer or confidential data is needed.
  • Nothing built in a session connects to your systems. Use cases that go forward follow your own architecture, security and change process.
  • Where you prefer, exercises run in the AI tools you already license.
  • We act as a data processor under India's DPDP Act and Rules and sign your DPA. We sign NDAs and complete your vendor-risk and security questionnaires.

Three formats, one way to measure them.

Workshops with a use-case sprint

  • In person
  • Live online
For
Managers and functional teams, 15–30 per group
Length
Half day, 1 day, 2 days, or longer programmes over several weeks
They leave with
A costed use-case backlog and a measured knowledge lift

Self-paced online programme

  • Self-paced
For
Service and operations teams and the front line; built first for financial services
Length
8 weeks at about 1 hour a week; 11 modules of 20–45 minutes
Delivery
Self-paced, in the tools staff already use
They leave with
Three working skills, quiz scores per person, a manager dashboard

AI tool adoption

  • In person
  • Live online
For
All staff with Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT licences
Length
About 2.5-hour orientation, half-day labs per function, then manager and champion sessions
They leave with
A licence-to-active rate, time saved on named workflows, a champion network

For GCC and technology teams, the use-case sprint can run as a hackathon on synthetic or anonymised data that your security team signs off; client data stays out.

For HR, L&D and talent leaders

AI capability across the workforce, measured for the board.

A licence is access. Fluency is what turns access into productivity.

39%

of people using AI at work had received AI training from their employer.Source: Microsoft and LinkedIn Work Trend Index, 2024.

  • Usage spikes at launch, then fades.
  • Staff aren't sure what data they may use.
  • Nobody can show the board what changed.

What participants can do afterwards.

From foundations to a funded use case.

  1. 01

    Foundations and personal fluency

What AI, generative AI and agents really are; using AI well day to day; what data can go where.

  2. 02

    Apply and direct

Spotting use cases; how AI agents are built; briefing and directing the work.

  3. 03

    Evaluate and lead

Judging vendors; build or buy; responsible AI; your 90-day plan.

  4. 04

    Use-case sprint and capstone

Teams build and cost use cases from their own work, then present them.

Examples are tuned to the role: business and operations, or product, project and technology teams. Everyone takes the same assessment before and after.

FAQ

I'm not from a technical background. Is this for me?+

Yes. Most participants are non-technical. They build on our platform without writing code.

How is this different from Coursera, LinkedIn Learning or the courses we already license?+

Those are content libraries. This runs on your team's own work, about 70% hands-on, ends with use cases you can fund, and measures the change.

How do we find AI use cases that actually reach production?+

Start from a real workflow with a measurable problem. Check data and governance early, then cost it in a one-page brief. The use-case sprint teaches this method.

We only have Copilot Chat, not Microsoft 365 Copilot. Does it still work?+

Yes. On Copilot Chat, exercises run in Outlook and the Microsoft 365 Copilot app. With Microsoft 365 Copilot, they run inside Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Should we train on Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude?+

Train on what your people already have. The judgment is the same across tools: what data can go where, and how to check the output.

Workshops, live sessions or self-paced: which works?+

Workshops work best to start and for managers; self-paced scales to large teams and the front line. Many organisations combine them.

How do you report time saved?+

As a sampled, self-reported measure from learners, clearly labelled. We never present it as a system figure.

Can it run online for teams in several countries?+

Yes. Live sessions run across time zones, and the self-paced programme works anywhere.

Does the EU AI Act's AI literacy rule apply to us?+

Article 4 may apply if your organisation provides or deploys AI systems in the EU market; take legal advice on your position. We can map the workshop to Article 4's AI-literacy duty and to your own AI policy.

What does it cost per employee?+

It depends on headcount, format and tools. We quote after a first conversation or the 20-minute check.

Microsoft, OpenAI and Anthropic offer adoption help. Why add you?+

Their programmes teach their own tool. We teach judgment across tools, on your own work and under your data rules, and we measure the change. Run us alongside them.

Where does our data go when teams build on your platform?+

Teams work on approved or anonymised samples of their own work. Data and security (above) covers what stays out of the platform. We sign NDAs and complete your vendor security questionnaire.

Start with one team, then scale.

Tell us your function, industry and team size. We'll design the first workshop around your work, or start with a 20-minute adoption check.
