For HR, L&D and talent leaders
AI capability across the workforce, measured for the board.
A licence is access. Fluency is what turns access into productivity.

of people using AI at work had received AI training from their employer.Source: Microsoft and LinkedIn Work Trend Index, 2024.
- Usage spikes at launch, then fades.
- Staff aren't sure what data they may use.
- Nobody can show the board what changed.
Copilot and AI tool adoption, in three layers.
01
Orientation for all licensed staff, about 2.5 hours
AI in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; the data-boundary rule; a 7-day activation challenge. Outcome: licence-to-active conversion.
02
Functional labs, half a day per department
Each team builds on its own anonymised work and leaves with a prompt pack and playbook. Outcome: time saved on workflows you can name.
03
Managers and champions
Managers set usage norms; a champion network keeps adoption going after we leave. Outcome: adoption that lasts.
The self-paced programme.
| Part | Modules | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Core, for everyone | How AI works and what's different now · What data can go where, and who signs off · Choosing the right tool · Prompting for reliable output | 2 hr 20 min, 4 modules |
| Skill 1: Communicate clearly | Written communication and follow-ups (Copilot in Outlook) · Conversations with clients and relationship teams (Claude) | 1 hr 25 min |
| Skill 2: Documents and data | Document reading and checks · Excel with AI · Excel with AI, advanced (Copilot) | 2 hr 5 min |
| Skill 3: Report with insight | Presenting MIS (Copilot) · Status updates and commentary (Claude) | 1 hr 20 min |
- About 7 hours per learner for all three skills; one skill plus the core takes under 4½ hours.
- Built for the Copilot edition you have: Copilot Chat, or Microsoft 365 Copilot inside Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Claude exercises use approved or anonymised information only. Each exercise runs in the tool you license; a Copilot-only organisation does every module in Copilot.
- Optional: a 7-day build-the-habit challenge, one short real-work task a day through Teams or email.
What you can show the board.
| Measure | How it's collected | Format |
|---|---|---|
| Active use at 30, 60 and 90 days, by function | Your admin console reports, pulled by your team and shared with us in aggregate | Tool adoption |
| Knowledge lift | The same assessment before and after | All |
| Completion and quiz scores | Per person and per team, on the dashboard | Self-paced |
| Time saved on named workflows | Sampled and self-reported by learners, labelled as such | All |
| Use cases identified | Backlog from the workshops and labs | Workshops, tool adoption |
- After each cohort you get a one-page summary for your leadership team.
- In Kirkpatrick terms: we report Level 2 (learning) for every cohort and Level 3 (behaviour) through applied tasks and active use. We don't report Level 1 satisfaction as a result.
- Applied at work: practice tasks plus a manager check-in at 30–60 days.
Responsible use, in practical terms.
What goes where.
A clear rule for which tool handles which information.
Anonymisation.
How to strip identifying detail before using an external tool.
Verification.
Checking AI output against the source, every time.
Human sign-off.
A person stays accountable for anything that reaches a client.
Aligned to your data policy, India's DPDP Rules and RBI's FREE-AI framework. Outside India, we map each session to your regulators and your own policies.
In 20 minutes we look at your licences, usage and data rules. Afterwards we send a one-page read-out: where adoption stands, where it stalls, and the pilot we'd suggest.
Data and security
Workshops use anonymised or sample tasks, and nothing connects to your systems. Data and security →
Scale and rollout.
- The self-paced programme runs for any number of learners, with a dashboard for every manager.
- A typical rollout starts with one pilot function, then moves in waves.

FAQ
We only have Copilot Chat, not Microsoft 365 Copilot. Does it still work?+−
Yes. On Copilot Chat, exercises run in Outlook and the Microsoft 365 Copilot app. With Microsoft 365 Copilot, they run inside Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Should we train on Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude?+−
Train on what your people already have. The judgment is the same across tools: what data can go where, and how to check the output.
How do you report time saved?+−
As a sampled, self-reported measure from learners, clearly labelled. We never present it as a system figure.
Does the EU AI Act's AI literacy rule apply to us?+−
Article 4 may apply if your organisation provides or deploys AI systems in the EU market; take legal advice on your position. We can map the workshop to Article 4's AI-literacy duty and to your own AI policy.
What does it cost per employee?+−
It depends on headcount, format and tools. We quote after a first conversation or the 20-minute check.
Microsoft, OpenAI and Anthropic offer adoption help. Why add you?+−
Their programmes teach their own tool. We teach judgment across tools, on your own work and under your data rules, and we measure the change. Run us alongside them.
Where does our data go when teams build on your platform?+−
Teams work on approved or anonymised samples of their own work. Data and security (above) covers what stays out of the platform. We sign NDAs and complete your vendor security questionnaire.
Start with one team, then scale.
Tell us your function, industry and team size. We'll design the first workshop around your work, or start with a 20-minute adoption check.
